I’ve been to both the Pasadena and San Marino locations and had a great time with the friendly and helpful staff. They always make sure you leave with a smile and jewelry that you’ll love. You’ll have the best time with your friends playing the mystery game and exploring the hall. The design of these stores is top notch. Kelly Kidd is a visionary!

S. G.: Unfortunately Vic destroyed a family heirloom ring that was dear to me. It was an eternity band, which Vic first misplaced a bear piece upside down. Then tried to cover the mistake by gooping on some mismatched gold. In what should have been a simple sizing. His wife mentioned that he doesn’t like to be wrong, and that I should not mention the incorrect work. I ended up paying for work which ruined a ring that had been in my family for decades. When I finally did confront Vic, he denied destroying my family ring, and used foul language saying he doesn’t have time for “bulls—.” It was extremely unprofessional. It was disrespectful that Vic was unable to take responsibility for ruining an article that meant a lot to me, and one that I have had to seek the help of other jewelers to try to repair the damage. To date, no other jewelers have been willing to touch the ring in concern of causing more damage. Perhaps Vic is ok with replacing watch batteries, but I would not trust him with anything beyond. I have attached photos to this post. Please note from Vic’s response below, that it is clear that he has an issue with being wrong, and refuses to take responsibility. While inaccurate, arguing with a client online only further reinforces my above point.

Kevin Huynh: This is my 3rd Rolex with Hing Wa Lee. It is taking a while to get a black date submariner and a blue black GMT. Chloe called me and this is my second datejust. The other one is a champagne bezel. I love this one having a sporty look because it is the combination of smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. You cant buy a Rolex that has a smooth bezel/Jubilee bracelet or Fluted Bezel/Oyster Bracelet. Thank you for feeding me coffee Chloe instead of water that is normally given to clients. It kept my brain awake. I hope the submariner and black/blue gmt will arrive somewhere this year.

The owner had extensive knowledge on everything i was looking for and were very patient with my decisions. She gave great advice and made the choosing process very enjoyable. My girlfriend ended up loving the bracelet as well. Definitely would recommend coming here for any of your jewelry needs. I will be coming back for my winter gifts :)

It’s run by two sisters, we worked with Ana to get my wedding band custom made and to buy my (now) husband’s wedding band. She connected us with the repair shop in the back to have my wedding band made, the guys back there are wonderful and they did an incredible job! We came back a few times so they could make sure the mold fit and it really does fit perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. My husband absolutely loves his wedding band, too and they were such a pleasure to work with!
