His level of customer service went above and beyond other companies I have dealt with. Tim recently went to bat for me to help get a resolution with a company I ordered equipment from when they were unable to meet their original deadline. This was 4 months after my equipment purchase and he did not have to do this. With his help, I was able to get a resolution to my problem with the other company. Form the time of the loan post covid was was taken advantage of just to receive the loan I was not told when I applied that I need to use my car and that my rate would not change but a little even with a good pay record of the years especially with covid and also with losing my job and as of late the Eton fires I was not granted any help please the local office help was very bad and at times had to use words.
