Leanne helps you reach goals you didnt know you had (I can do a pull up?!), in a supportive, encouraging and fun environment. While other gyms Ive gone to could be intimidating, everyone at Standard F.I.T is working towards their own health goals while encouraging all other members. Highly recommend this high quality training gym!

Christopher Stofle: Honestly Class 5 is great. I’ve been a 24/7 member for a few years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. There are obviously areas that could be improved, as could be said about any business, but the culture that the owner Bev creates there is outstanding. She always tries to help out by providing coaching when she sees potential for injury. I highly recommend giving this gym a shot if you haven’t had the opportunity to yet.

Misty Matyshock: CrossFit Sonora has amazing coaches who are friendly, inviting, knowledgeable & supportive. They go above and beyond, by checking in with me via text and sending helpful tips or encouraging emails to keep me going. I love the atmosphere here! The members encourage one another, the workouts can be adapted to fit your fitness level and still challenge you. The gym is clean, spacious, and efficiently organized so it can accommodate many people and a variety of exercises simultaneously. I love working out again!

Furzan Azam: I found Chris and his gym while I was working a short term contract in Sonora. I decided to give it an ago. Just one month I made the most progress I had in my life. The workouts are tough and practical. He assessed my injuries and took that into account. I decided to continue remote coaching. Been making very good progress. Tweaking my workouts and practical advice for my diet. Wish I met Chris years ago.
