She took her time to wash our jewelry, fix previous jewelry, and most of all, make sure we were satisfied. She made the experience enjoyable with her conversation and knowledge about jewelry in general. Will come back here next time I visit Sacramento to add a charm to my permanent bracelet!

5 /5 Isabella Patterson: Two friends and I stopped at Golden Circle’s pop-up booth at a festival. We snooped around for a bit and the people at Golden Circle were so sweet!! They explained the different types of jewelry they had (which was all gold or silver), how long it typically lasts, how to clean the bracelets, etc. The process was pretty quick. They both fit all of our bracelets well as they expand over a couple weeks! It’s been several months since we got them and they have expanded slightly and I no longer feel that it is there. The bracelet is still as shiny as it was the day we got them and withstand quite a bit of tension (animals accidentally snagging them)

It was close to me and they had an opening in thier schedule. Their site was easy to manage, scheduled my appointment the same day. Owner messaged me right away to confirm my reservation with instructions on how to find her shop. Communication was great as I informed her that I was going to be 5 min late due to work issues. I love my bracelet and the bountiful ways to customize my jewelery to my heart content. While I was debating which band to choose, I was given a chance to lay all the top 3 contender on my wrist to see which one I would love the best. Definitely love to recommend and I will be coming back.

Char Char: This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.

So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.
