1 /5 Erika Gaona: Worst place to come get your newborn baby’s ears. They tell you one price but charge you another. Before piercing my ears I asked the lady with the highlights what is the price? She told me $40 I checked my credit card and I was being charged $70. I go back to ask for a $30 refund and the Asian lady gives me $20 scamming me the $10 not much of a difference but stealing from your customers is crazy. But crazy. Don’t ever come here.

1 /5 Alejandra Paniagua: Purchased a ring and was told I had one week to exchange or “free resize.” It was literally written on the back of my receipt. Went back on Christmas Day to get it resized as it was a gift. Upon arrival I was informed it’s actually not free. According to them it’s only free when it’s up or down 1 size. Mine was from a 7-10 and the lady told me she would give me a discount because her “new associate” made a mistake. Okay how is that my problem. Never buying from here again.

1 /5 Ruby Napoles: I was in to get my ring repaired and a young lady was helping me and all of a sudden an older asian woman pushed her aside and started getting all pushy with me about getting my ring fixed she immediately took it without me saying yes I was fed up with her rude attitude so I politely asked for my ring back to get it fixed elsewhere

1 /5 Ashlyn Lopez: I bought a ring from them about a month-and-a-half ago I had to have it sized not only could you see where it was sized but it ended up snapping I dont do anything that would pause my ring to break and now they want to charge me to fix something that they didnt do right the first time I will never go to them again and I would suggest not shopping with them
