We had fun picking a ring, laughing and she showed me great ideas about what to do when my fingers swell because of an autoimmune disease. The ring i picked at 11am today was too small, and she said she would try her hardest to resize it before they closed at 3. At 1:45 she called and told me it was ready. It was the perfectly sized and looked even better than when i originally grabbed it. I will definitely be returning for the custom wedding band.

Jessica Fairley: I took my daughter to Betty Belts today because she wanted a necklace from there for her birthday. The girls working there acted like we were inconveniencing them by shopping there. A girl named Michele tried to service us without even speaking to us, we felt super uncomfortable. When we would tell her what we wanted she wouldn’t say anything, she wouldn’t smile, she would just get what we were asking for without engaging whatsoever. Michele was extremely rude. I never would have made a purchase from people as rude as this if my daughter hadn’t been so into the necklace but even my 16 year old daughter agreed that the service we received was beyond terrible. I can’t believe a place like this could stay in business treating people so poorly. You need better people working for you, Betty Belts. Not sure that we’ll be back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be mistreated while buying jewelry.

It was so fun to create this ring as I was able to handpick the garnet that was used. Hugo, Bertha and family are so kind and welcoming. It’s a treat every time I step foot in their beautiful store.

The price was more than fair for everything I wanted. They even resized it when it came in a month later and said it was too tight. Great family business that will work with you to find what you want. Would definitely use them again for any jewelry in the future. Excellent customer service.

I continued to each jewelry store in the Pacific View Mall, but I couldn’t find a better deal or one I liked more. I bought the one at Kevin’s and couldn’t be more happy. I hope they get a matching necklace in soon.
