The energy here is so positive, and it truly feels like a second home. The trainers are next level — not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, but they genuinely care about your progress and well-being. I really cant recommend Gluteology and the trainers here enough. This gym seriously changed my life (and my body)!

5 /5 Lucik Minassian: Finally, a weight lifting gym for the girls! The atmosphere is empowering, the equipment is top-notch, and the community is supportive. Gluteology has plenty of hip thrust and glute focused machines you won’t find anywhere else. The trainers are also very informative and make sure you’re lifting correctly on every rep. They also make the gym a fun experience. Gluteology is any gym girl’s heaven!!

She is truly the sweetest person-- so supportive, encouraging, and patient while still knowing exactly how to push you in the best way. She helped me slim down, strengthen my core, and really grow my glutes. I’m also so much stronger overall and I get compliments all the time now!!! It’s never boring either-- every session is different and genuinely fun. Lilit keeps things exciting, and the community is the nicest group of people!! All the trainers here are amazing and create such a positive, uplifting vibe every time. If you’re looking for a place with people who truly care and know how to get results, this is the oneeeee

5 /5 Vana: What more can you ask for in a gym? Gluteology’s trainers are knowledgeable, fit and don’t waste time on BS fitness/nutrition advice. The girls here get real results and grow to be stronger and more confident, even when they start off with no real fitness background. The machines are new, well-maintained and there’s several specialty machines you won’t see at other gyms (and trust me, they will make your glutes burnnn and you will see the gains). I love the vibe, music and overall culture of supportive women who get after it every day and are dedicated to becoming the best version of themselves. Can’t recommend this gym enough to the girlies who genuinely want to achieve their dream bod, are willing to work hard and need guidance from trainers who know what they’re talking about.
