5 /5 Dylan Jensen: I have been working out with Bader for nearly 1 year now. At this point, I consider Bader to be not only my trainer, but my friend. He has provided me with exceptional guidance and support in my fitness journey. My level of fitness has improved dramatically during my time with Bader, and I look forward to every session I have with him. I was able to reach my desired weight in a quick time and healthy fashion, and we are continuing to improve my strength and conditioning each workout. Bader helps you set your fitness goals, provides extensive and personalized fitness plans, and pushes you each session to help achieve those goals. On top of his excellent work as a trainer, he’s an absolute pleasure to work out with. He’s a remarkably accepting, and supportive person and makes everyone feel comfortable in the gym. He is a great motivator and makes working out and staying healthy fun. I plan on being with Bader for the long run, as I’ve never felt more fit and have never had such a fun time doing it. I highly recommend Bader to anyone seeking to improve their fitness level.
