bri: This is a good insurance if you’re desperate and don’t have the best record or if you simply need coverage. Constant “fees” and “forgotten charges” every other month. Be lucky if you get a CSR that knows what they’re doing or be prepared to wait about an hr for a possible solution to your problem. Over all starting the policy is easy and good, best customer service in a while but once they’ve got you they DONT care. Pay up or leave type of place.
