1 /5 bri: This is a good insurance if you’re desperate and don’t have the best record or if you simply need coverage. Constant “fees” and “forgotten charges” every other month. Be lucky if you get a CSR that knows what they’re doing or be prepared to wait about an hr for a possible solution to your problem. Over all starting the policy is easy and good, best customer service in a while but once they’ve got you they DONT care. Pay up or leave type of place.

I was helped by sales lady Amy she was helpful from the get go found what I was looking for and more, I was able to get roadside assistance along with other perks. She also help save me some money helping me set up the direct charge to my bank card,she was super professional and showed great customer skills. I will definitely be back to visit this lovely young lady thanks again Amy
