Parmjeet Kaur: I had a highly disappointing experience with Bank of America that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I took a day off work specifically to attend a scheduled appointment at a local branch to obtain a reference letter for a credit card application. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was met with unprofessional and unhelpful service from the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was dismissive from the start, bluntly informing me that the bank does not provide reference letters, without offering any alternative solutions or showing any willingness to assist. Instead of addressing my needs as a customer with a scheduled appointment, she instructed me to go online and use the chat support feature, as if I were incapable of navigating it myself. Her condescending tone and manner, walking me through the online process like I was a child, was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. What’s worse, despite my appointment, I was turned away at the entrance and not given the opportunity to speak with a personal banker or anyone who could have potentially resolved the issue. This experience made me question the value Bank of America places on its customers’ time and needs. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honor my appointment have left me with a negative impression of this branch and the bank as a whole. I strongly advise others to consider alternative banks that prioritize customer service and respect their clients’ time and efforts. I sincerely hope Bank of America takes feedback like this seriously and improves both its front-desk service and appointment handling.

Ashwini Patil: Visited the branch today and a few times in the past to get Cashier’s check. From the front desk to the cashier, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were checking with every customer individually to make sure they are getting the help they needed. Really appreciate the great service from the branch staff!

Robert Castro: It was a long steady process worth waiting! I’m very satisfied on how the whole program went and with such expected positive outcomes. My client service specialist has been very supportive and helpful all throughout the process. Needless to say, Sienna is very professional and courteous in her demeanor. I have been informed of every information and expectations from the very start; from payments up to the timelines, etc. For me, this has been a positive opportunity in my life! Thanks so much for a wonderful life-changing experience!!!

Jonathan Olivo: My sister went with our mom to do a walk-in in regards to her account and payments. Victoria Cabrera was ABSOLUTELY RUDE to my sister and mom. If you are going to work in customer service, THEN ACT LIKE IT! There is no need to give attitude, we all have long days and working in customer service can be draining, BUT THAT DOES NOT EXCUSE RUDE BEHAVIOR AT ALL!!!! Do better with the attitude next time.

Teresa Pham-Lac: My husband (and basically all of his family and friends) have been going to Dawood or Sullu Khan for as long as they can remember. We married in 2016 and started filing jointly so our tax preparation with him is almost a decade now. About 2 years now, Dawood has been making careless mistakes. Its typos here and there. We didnt put a lot of emphasis but did point them out when we caught them. Well, now weve received a bill from IRS saying we owe more than $5,000 for unreported income from 2022. Weve contacted Dawood about it and he said we never gave him the papers for it (we did as I still have all copies of documents). We then asked what should we do and if he can contact them on our behalf to either lower the amount owed or give us options. Its been months and crickets. Hes been very unprofessional about this whole ordeal. We pay for his services but the services have been half-assed and his work has definitely gone down-hill. We will definitely no longer use him and I suggest you dont either. Or if you do, definitely go through your taxes with a fine tooth comb. Because I can almost guarantee you there are mistakes. And those mistakes might cost you.
