1 /5 Jonathan Olivo: My sister went with our mom to do a walk-in in regards to her account and payments. Victoria Cabrera was ABSOLUTELY RUDE to my sister and mom. If you are going to work in customer service, THEN ACT LIKE IT! There is no need to give attitude, we all have long days and working in customer service can be draining, BUT THAT DOES NOT EXCUSE RUDE BEHAVIOR AT ALL!!!! Do better with the attitude next time.

1 /5 The_Official “Octane”: Be glad you don’t bank here, my mother got a lone here and since she’s been sick I’ve been taking care of her finances…. I pay more than the minimum payment for 3 years & the bill never gets any lower. Oh yea, and there’s pre- payment penalties to those who think they can exit the contract… Repetitive, un-loyal and ……. 1 /5 Rebecca Wallage: I applied online and online told me that I was approved just needed a little more information. They called me and then said I was completely denied. They need to get the story straight and quit taking people out. They are scam artist do not come here.
