1 /5 Hugo Cortes: I didnt want to continue having insurance with them and told them i would not be paying the following month because i wanna cancel. The following month came and they charged my card with a late fee! I called to say i never authorized that payment and they said they didnt need my authorization and the only way to get the money back is going in to an office location and i would be reimbursed by check. I did that and once the check came home they did not refund me the full amount they had charged. I hope this company goes out of business for its shady practices.
