5 /5 Trent Greer: My last contact with Skeets insurance just recently was very satisfactory to say the least. I hate to say it but I forgot the name of the gal I worked with but she is the person I usually deal with when I have questions for as long as I can remember. I was so impressed with how much time she spent with me. I never felt pressured for time, and I asked so many questions!!! We looked at multiple scenarios together, probably at least four or five minimum. Again she spent the time with me to calculate them all, and give me her best estimate. She never got frustrated with me and was very professional/courteous. When I got off the phone all of my questions had not only been answered, but also totally understood. Now thanks to your staff I have a clear understanding of my best interest/options. I had been stressing out for months wondering if I could afford to get a newer truck and have a second car. Thanks to Skeets I now know that they have made it possible for me to do so which was a great relief to me. I have been with Mercury/Skeets insurance for over 30 years, and certainly have no plans of going anywhere else. Thank you Skeets/Mercury for taking such fine care of me, a very satisfied customer.
