That was the great part, Sam took the time to help my husband even though Sam knew he couldnt get his business for several years as this info was to be used for a projection in our upcoming retirement.     Tony Alvarez: I have been a customer her for 26 yrs friend to the family since childhood 30+ yrs. Never had any problems here. But it seems in the last 2 yrs this place has gone down hill. The women working here now is a non family member . Who has become very rude disrespectful and unhelpful. It seems as if she is just lazy and only want to serve people with quick and easy services such as tags and registration.

    Ryansmithtattoo Anion: With this company for a decade. Customer service went down the drain and prices went through the roof. Wallet got stolen , locked all my cards, one payment got canceled because card was locked. Tried to pay with new card but now I have to pay full policy up front after never missing or being late on one payment. So I say no and go to State Farm for half price. Then they send not me the account holder but my wife to collections even though she never had insurance with Allstate. Never told us we owed money just sent it to collections. Can’t produce any documents that my wife signed because she never did sign any. Long story short I’ll never do business with Allstate again. State Farm took me right away for a great price and also said that other people have been going through this as well.
