    Tal Rubin: Have to share this experience. Were new to town, came in to the gym to check it out for my daughter. Vivian, the angel at the front desk, immediately hit it off with my daughter. She took the time and effort to talk with us about town and give us "insider" tips, but mainly was just so super nice and welcoming. As for the gym, very spacious and clean. Fully stocked with all the appropriate machines. Atmosphere is very condusive for a good workout. Great experience. Loved it. Thank you!

    Michelle Miller Brantley: The gym has amazing classes and it offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. The trainers are very knowledgeable and theres a supportive atmosphere that motivates me to reach my fitness goals. It is also a clean and spacious facility.

    gerardo Moctezuma: Its nice for those who want a quite place to workout. After hours is empty or maybe 1 or 2 people. Its clean and great customer service, unfortunately my circumstances changed and I couldnt afford to pay it any more and they keep on charging my card. I even went in and try to cancel but I wasnt able to because of a contract. I called customer service and tried to cancel amd they were rude. Called me a few times demanding payment. Unfortunately I still cant afford it. They still call amd send email.

    1Clean24Valve: This is the best gym in Brentwood hands down. No drama, no typical unprofessional gym etiquette that you see at a lot of other gyms. This place is redefining what a gym should be! Brendon and Jenny are the best and everything is always clean! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get their workout done in a respectable environment with top of the line machines and equipment. Thank you Brendon and Jenny!

    Jill Enders: Indoor warm pool, hot tub, massage chair, and friendly supportive staff has been my jam! Even on days when I don’t want to work out I am lured in by the warmth. Literally and figuratively. Gettting there is half the battle. Once I’m there I figure I may as well work out. And then it became a habit and the more I do the more I do! Now my husband and two of my grown kids join me. Facilities are clean. Other people at the club are usually nice too. I feel safe there. No bruh attitude that I’ve detected at other gyms. Folks are just there to do their thing.

    Carrie Baugh: I love how it works. This has been my favorite workout. I’ve ever done. It burns way more calories than my old workouts and my body feels so much better in the infrared sauna. I love that. I can work out and get infrared therapy at the same time the hot Pilates is one of my favorite sessions.

    Chelsea Modrall: 16 month update - Joining this gym has been a GAME CHANGER. Not only is the training top-notch but the uplifting community here is unbeatable. Every workout feels like progress, and it’s even better when you’re surrounded by people who support and motivate you. It’s not just about getting stronger physically, but mentally too. I’ve made real friends here people who show up, work hard, and lift each other up (with some added dance breaks). Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to level up, this gym has everything you need: great equipment, guidance, and a motivating environment. Wish I found this gym sooner!
