5 /5 Rudy Zee: They were very helpful and i was very happy with their assistance. I made the mistake of forgetting to make a couple monthly payments on time which added a few late fees to my balance. After i spoke to them in person they helped me out and waived the late fees. They were very understanding.. thanks to Brenda and the other nice pretty lady that was there.
