5 /5 Silas Forster: Coach Vincent has been amazing. Ive always struggled to gain strength and weight. I can lose pounds in a couple days. When I came to Feel Good Fitness, four weeks ago, I was 121 lbs and underweight. Now I am 131, hit my six week target goal, with two weeks to spare. I am looking forward to continuing that trend these last couple weeks and taking what Ive learned from this experience beyond.
I never would have believed four weeks ago that through nutritional planning and consistent exercise that I could see changes in my body like I have in this time. I feel stronger, hotter, and healthier.
The best part is, you never will feel judged, or down about yourself at Feel Good Fitness. A few times in the last month I had some small weight drops, but each time Vince reminded me to keep up with things and not be discouraged. I was encouraged by his levity, and saw the scale go back up because, I didnt give up. I thank Coach Vincent for that because without his knowledge and reassuring me it was just glycogen stores, I might have given up.
