    Akiko Cook: Negligent agency - stay away! This agency did some "restructuring" this last year and since then no one returns emails or phone calls. I suspect that they have moved all their account managers to an Indian call center. I ended up transferring all the policies I could to a new broker. One policy could not transfer in time and I could not get Newfront to give me an answer on anything regarding the policy or even the bill to pay it. I ended up having to call the insurance company to get answers and pay the bill over the phone as the agent would not answer. My bank was requesting proof of insurance and it took them emailing Newfront 12 times over a 3 month period to finally get a response, and of course Newfront sent the incorrect form. How this agency is in business is beyond me.
