1 /5 Jazmin Villalpando: This truly was a horrible experience. Me and my boyfriend walked in for the engagement appointment and while they did greet us, they were not attentive. At first I thought that maybe that is the way they do customer service. But then other couples showed up and they greeted them, offered them different jewelry stations and even took out multiple rings out for them. While me and my boyfriend were practically ignored. Honestly it felt like we were the only non-white couple. I’m a white Latina but my boyfriend is brown and bald and I think they assumed some very negative things and honestly I will not spend my money here if you are a POC.

A H: Terrible customer service for 1 stars. There ring sizer are not accurate as well. I had to attempt 3 times before the correct fit. Each time there was a restocking fee of 20 percent. Since I purchased 2 platnum wedding bands custom. Was not my issue there seer is not accurate. For a ring cost of 1699$ now ended up being 2300$. I could have gone to a better local jewelry store for less. When you receive your wedding bands its a big day. Each time I received the bands in a paper fed ex envelope. Zero presentation on a 1699 ring for each. One of the rings was outside the box. I brought this to there attention how disappointing. They assumed me terrible mistake they would bring it to attention. They did not care the next 2 same mailing tossed in an envelope. To see in other reviews the same mailing. If I had bought a ring from Target sure toss in an envelope. Not when spending 2300$ for a ring. Terrible customer service not making you feel appreciated. I will not purchase again from Larson. Nor will I ever recommend them.

He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!

Erik listened to the idea I had regarding the piece, provided innovative ideas when needed, and updated me on every progression during the creation of my ring.
