Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I dont really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!

All of the staff a the store are kind, friendly, and super helpful. They provide many options when repairing or replacing jewelry. I cant recommend this place enough.

So with that being said I went in to check them out. I was completely captured by their consignment case and have since purchased multiple pieces of jewelry. I never receive less than excellent customer service. My Boston Terrier goes everywhere with me and I love when Josh greats her by name! If there is anything you need from a repair to a custom piece, this is your store. I am so happy to have found them and absolutely love Shopping at J&L Jewelers♥️

I recently had the opportunity to enlist their services for the repair of my watch, and I must say that not only did they provide a quick turnaround time, but they also offered their assistance at a reasonably affordable price.

5 /5 Michelle Le Bars: J&L is a very nice place to go shop for jewelries and watches repair. I did both. I am truly glad to have this shop. All the ladies who work there are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And there is Josh a marvelous and delightful gentleman. His recommendations always right and very satisfying. I may not be a big jewelry spender but if I do need something this is where I go. Their services and kindness are priceless.

A H: Terrible customer service for 1 stars. There ring sizer are not accurate as well. I had to attempt 3 times before the correct fit. Each time there was a restocking fee of 20 percent. Since I purchased 2 platnum wedding bands custom. Was not my issue there seer is not accurate. For a ring cost of 1699$ now ended up being 2300$. I could have gone to a better local jewelry store for less. When you receive your wedding bands its a big day. Each time I received the bands in a paper fed ex envelope. Zero presentation on a 1699 ring for each. One of the rings was outside the box. I brought this to there attention how disappointing. They assumed me terrible mistake they would bring it to attention. They did not care the next 2 same mailing tossed in an envelope. To see in other reviews the same mailing. If I had bought a ring from Target sure toss in an envelope. Not when spending 2300$ for a ring. Terrible customer service not making you feel appreciated. I will not purchase again from Larson. Nor will I ever recommend them.

He designs them in front of you and you are able to see it on the screen as he shows you different styles. He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!

Per request, Erik made an adjustment to my engagement ring which involved the incorporation of two princess cut diamonds alongside the original emerald cut stone. He also integrated a heart with a single gemstone in the front and back gallery of the ring. Erik listened to the idea I had regarding the piece, provided innovative ideas when needed, and updated me on every progression during the creation of my ring. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the final product, and will continue to go to him for all jewelry needs in our lifetime.
