Tri Counties Bank - Eureka Holly McLaughlin: Constant problems. Our business tried to make it work for about four years, but there is constant trouble accessing funds, receiving correct checks (more than once!), accessing functioning ATMs, and much more. The staff is kind, but it feels disorganized and nothing happens smoothly. I wondered if I was the problem, but I was at my personal bank recently and they have had many accts transfer/transferring. Other people I know have mentioned they are unhappy and planning to switch. At one point I tried three different ATMs in two different cities and none were working. They do not have weekend hours, so that creates a huge problem for businesses needed to access their banking, when the ATMs are also down. I have been waiting on a set of checks-- just got them and the address is incorrect. The last time I ordered and checked in after weeks, they had been lost. Another person was there the same day and the same thing happened to them. Systemic issues that impact the individuals using their services.
