I got our terminal and brought it to where we were going to use it. After plugging it in, I had trouble getting it connected to the WiFi. I followed the troubleshooting guide, but it still wouldnt connect. I went back to Eureka Payments to find out what the problem was. Rather than just telling me what to do, Scott from the office, went out to the site and stayed there until he got my credit card terminal working. I was so happy with the service. We had no other issues with our terminal.

1 /5 Natural Green: Merchants pay way too much with Eureka Payments. There are more cost effective options. For example, Heartland is a much bigger and better company that service this area. Be careful before choosing these people because you will definitely be paying too much money on every single transaction.
