    Alexis Soulias: Love Aggro Fitness! I was previously at a different gym where I met Coach Jenna and once she left to open her own place, I left with her. Shes truly a great instructor, keeping the pace of the class high energy and supporting you throughout. The classes are perfect for any fitness level as you can modify each exercise for a beginner, intermediate, and advance level. Most classes have a variety of people in different stages of their fitness journey which I think is really fun and inviting. I havent been this consistent and excited about working out in a long time!

With a history of traumatic child birth in my 30’s, resulting in disabling sciatica, two car accidents, not to mention a job that kept me in flight/fight, I started with 1:1 somewhat tentatively. I have experienced unparalleled support and camaraderie every time I stepped foot in this studio.     Nathan Smallcomb: Great place for personal training. They offer a private and personalized experience. Highly recommend for anybody ready to evolve their lifestyle. I like not being pressured or intimidated by the crowd.

    Jeffrey Sargent: Tina is great, she has the right music to go with the zumba moves. She keeps things moving in a rhythmic manner. Turns out I know a few more people that go there. I like the intensity even though I cant do all the steps yet and look forward to trying it again next week. Once I figure the moves out Ill probably be hooked.

    M i k e H e n d r i c k s: Not a bad place to work out. Good equipment and polite professional staff. Not too crowded, but it can get very hot. No air, need atleast more fans.

    Lauren McCabe: Lisa is SO wonderful! I organized yoga for our wedding party the morning of our wedding day! She was so easy to work with and very responsive! She took the time to understand everyones practice types and skill level to ensure the everyone got a good practice when it was done! She incorporated individual work as well as partner practice, which provided a little more fun and bonding to our group! Even at the end, she let our dog come out and participate (find her in the photo!). I CANNOT recommend Lisa and Soul Yoga & Wellness enough!

    Christa Durand: I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere at your yoga studio—the space is lovely, and the instructors are skilled and friendly. One area that could enhance the experience, especially during full classes, is how mat placement is handled. Ive noticed that students often place their mats in ways that make the room feel cramped or unbalanced, which can be awkward and distracting once the class fills up. At my previous studio, instructors would proactively guide mat setup and even adjust mats slightly before class started to ensure everyone had a clear view and enough space. It made the class flow much more smoothly and took the pressure off students from having to ask others to move—something many feel uncomfortable doing. Implementing a similar approach here could really improve the group experience. Thank you for all the energy you and your team put into creating a positive community—I hope this feedback is helpful.

    Suzi Katz: I have been making consistent progress in the time I have been working with Jess at Resilient Body and I’m stronger week after week. It would be easy to over or under train, but Jess knows what she’s doing and teaches the movements in a way that avoids injury. At the same time, she knows when to push my limits, which is what is needed to build strength. Jess is the best and there’s nothing I could say that would do justice to her talent and experience as a coach. Also, she’s a lot of fun!
