ycresp: PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING Business with this company! My husband and I took out a loan from this PFA and honestly have been struggling to make payments on time (but always do catch up). On 2/24/21 a gentlemen (unknown name) called and off top was disrespectful to my husband, he called him a bad word in Spanish followed by his last name, but prior to this a couple of months ago someone text my husband and wrote "tell your wife Yvonne I said hi", wanting to provoke my husband and get him mad. When I called today 2/25/21 the first person I spoke with "Francisco" was very disrespectful to me and dismissive. When trying to explain the situation that happened yesterday between my husband and a customer services representative to FRANCISCO, he totally dismissed anything I had to say and stated to me "That is not true, Im 100% sure that, that is not true", I told him "how are you sure if you have not even reviewed the phone call", he just dismissed me. I asked how his supervisor was and he said at first it was "Jesus" and when I asked him again what his supervisors name was he said "Luis". that could of just been a miss understanding, but when I questioned him about the name he stated "see that isnt even the name I gave you so how can what youre saying be true". So after hanging up with him I call back and spoke with a "George", Gorge was not rude to be, he just listened and I had him transfer me to "Luis". When I spoke with LUIS the first words out of his mouth where "are you going to make a payment today", off top being dismissive to me, i asked him "if the other guy had explained the situation to him and he stated "yes, we have everything documented". i kinda paused hoping that he would say that they would investigate it, however I got the exact opposite. He totally dismissed me and did not care what I had to say. So I asked for his supervisors name "the person above you", he said "George Montel", i could be spelling the name wrong. I called George Montel and left a message. Hopefully i will get a call back and get this resolved. Hopefully this isnt the word ethics of everyone at that job. PLEASE RETHINK where you invest your money before signing up with them.

Dion Kelley: I listen to a webinar she gave about Wills and trust. She had no idea what she was talking about. She said a will doesnt go into probate which indeed they do. She didnt know what an irrevocable trust is. She was asked several times about it and wouldnt answer, she just danced around the question. If you give a webinar you should research the subject matter and know what youre talking about. If she is this uninformed and unprepared on this subject I can imagine how she is with other material.

Called several times to finish my and every time they tell me sorry we’re busy but we’ll call you back. Almost two weeks and nothing. People need loans for a reasons and they need them NOW. This is by far the worst company I ever seen. Once this is done I’m never working with you guys again or recommending anyone to do business with you. Portia DeBossi: This is a very predatory loan establishment, it should honestly be illegal to charge almost $175 in interest with only about $70 going toward the loan. I encourage you all to not even allow this to be your last result. Absolutely avoid at all costs, I know we all fall on difficult times, in which I would rather take from retirement than to EVER get in this predatory situation. Be careful, do not use at all if you really don’t need to and I absolutely mean it.
