5 /5 Rachael Monroe: Dan is absolutely wonderful. My engagement ring all of the sudden didn’t fit, and I’m getting married in a week. I called Dan and he had the ring done in one day! You can’t even tell in the least bit that he had to size it he did such a wonderful job. He also buffed the black rhodium off of the ring to reveal the white gold underneath, and now the ring is stunning! He even buffed my wedding band really quickly to match. Excellent work and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend Diamond Concepts to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional jeweler. Thank you again, Dan!

5 /5 Genia Casteel: I cannot express how excited I am about the “repairs” Dan made to my wedding ring… when the center stone fell out, thankfully we found it, I brought my ring in to Dan. Keep in mind he’s already repaired it once prior. We did a redesign… my husband and I are beyond happy with the results… I tried to change it after I saw the CAD drawing and Dan simply said “This is what I do, trust me”, I said “ok, I trust you”… My ring is more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. Thank you Dan & Gina for taking the time to sit with me and design an even better version of my beautiful ring. If you are looking for a repair or even better a custom piece, please give Dan a call. Jessica Fairley: I took my daughter to Betty Belts today because she wanted a necklace from there for her birthday. The girls working there acted like we were inconveniencing them by shopping there. A girl named Michele tried to service us without even speaking to us, we felt super uncomfortable. When we would tell her what we wanted she wouldn’t say anything, she wouldn’t smile, she would just get what we were asking for without engaging whatsoever. Michele was extremely rude. I never would have made a purchase from people as rude as this if my daughter hadn’t been so into the necklace but even my 16 year old daughter agreed that the service we received was beyond terrible. I can’t believe a place like this could stay in business treating people so poorly. You need better people working for you, Betty Belts. Not sure that we’ll be back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be mistreated while buying jewelry.
