Mendocino County Department Of Social Services - Ukiah Ty: Vanessa Torres is terrible at her job. She never responds or gets back to you. It’s been months and haven’t gotten a response from here. And have called on multiple different numbers trying to get ahold of her. If you get her ask for a different case worker of file a formal complaint cause she’ll do absolutely nothing to help you
