1 /5 Ty: Vanessa Torres is terrible at her job. She never responds or gets back to you. It’s been months and haven’t gotten a response from here. And have called on multiple different numbers trying to get ahold of her. If you get her ask for a different case worker of file a formal complaint cause she’ll do absolutely nothing to help you

1 /5 Jessii Bee: The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that they never answer the phone or return any calls. Ive called my worker multiple times with no return phone call. The main number also never answers. Its asks you to not leave multiple messages cause they have 24-48 hours to call back but THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. You might have a better chance in going in so you can actually speak to someone other then relying on a call back.
