5 /5 Daniel Varela: I had went into the store to possibly purchase my girlfriends engagement ring and wedding band. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Chalysa herself and was very knowledgable on all my questions. Once I narrowed down to what I was looking for, the store manager Brittany stepped in and just completed such a smooth and easy process for me. Excellent customer service, and so many great deals that ended up walking out with a beautiful ring!

1 /5 Thomas: Terre is awful at customer service. Condescending, impatient, lacks clear communication and is a poor representative for this company. My experience as a customer was not valued here, and I will not be returning. If you value your own experience as a paying customer, dont bother shopping here.

5 /5 Dianna Marin: We we to get try and get some rings fixed that we’re from Pandora. We thought they weren’t fixable. That’s what Pandora told us. The ladies at Daniel’s went above and beyond to help us. The fixed our rings right then and there and the ones they couldn’t they kept for the jeweler to take a look at. They were so friendly!
