5 /5 Kyla Farrell: Ive belonged to three different CrossFit gyms, and CrossFit Palo Alto is hands down my favorite and the best Ive experienced in terms of community, quality of coaching and programming. Tim is a super knowledgable, very professional, and will meet you where youre at whether its your first fitness class ever or youve been working out for years. I really appreciate his emphasis on making CrossFit a sustainable practice and part of your weekly routine. He keeps the workouts challenging, varied and interesting. I been amazed by how much stronger and more physically capable I feel just from going to class twice a week. I highly recommend checking this gym out!
