Z B: I went on this location today looking for a specific item that tj maxx always replenish, I came in with my family, my family was at the kids section while I was browsing to the women’s section, as I was walking the aisle this lady out of nowhere says “you can say excuse me, you know that right?” I ignored her since I was far from her and the aisle was not narrow. I saw this lady again on a different section of the store and realized she was stealing. Not going back here again.

He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old. I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. I couldnt be happier with the repair. Turn around time: 5/5 (repair took about 2 hours) Pricing: 5/5 Professionalism: 5/5

She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later!
