1 /5 Celissa Farley: I was very hesitant about this review, after careful thought it has been earned. Took nearly 3 hours to open an account. I was lied to and told there was no one to open an account for me, which is the person who opened my account. I get a notification after I left the bank hours later stating that Chance can’t reach me via email. I log in and the incorrect email is on my account, which I updated in person at this location. I also noticed that my address was entered incorrectly. I feel this was done intentionally (as she was looking right at my drivers license) staff at this location is prejudice , unprofessional and rude . My account also showed I logged into A windows computer , which I did not. I will be following up with A Corprate complaint, this treatment is wrong and unacceptable.
