1 /5 Kimberly Whitley: This company will make mistakes on your account and then still charge you for the amount. I had missed my payment and I went to pay it and the notification said that if I paid it before a certain date the late fee would be waived. However, I paid before the date and 5 days later the company charged me a full amount for the $25 late fee.. except they actually took out $83. Which they shouldnt have done at all since I had just paid the amount 5 days prior. Then when I called and asked for a refund the company lied to me saying they requested my refund and I should receive it in 15 days. Guess what they never refunded me and then they refused to apply the extra payment they took from me to my next payment and then proceeded to ad an additional 2 late fees for a total of 3 late fees. Then after telling them and showing proof that I had paid and the late fees should be removed, they ignored me and proceeded to take a full payment as well as 2 late fee payments. Do not go into business with this company. They are not helpful and they WILL 100% steal your money right out of your account and then do nothing to help.

1 /5 Jessica V: I have been battling HFD since June 19th. They issues a refund to my account on 06/19/2025 to the wrong card ending in 9552. HFD said they can it reverse the credit the bank has to return the fund to them and they can send to the correct card. I’ve updated my card information with HFD. The bank returned on 08/12/2025. HFD told me it takes 6 business days for them to send to me. Today is now 09/02/2025 and NOTHING !!! I’ve called both banks and nothing is pending from HFD. I called today and spoke with both Andy and Ohmere, I may have spelled it wrong and they both were rude to me. Both kept saying the refund was issued on 06/19 and they have no business with me any more. I tried explaining that I spoke to a representative last week and a few times in the past due to this issue and both kept speaking about the refund on 06/19 but not acknowledging those funds were sent to the wrong card and returned to HFD. I just want my money at this point. It should be this hard to receive a refund.

1 /5 Sonya Burch: Straight crooks. I wanted to pay off the promotion price. I couldnt pay on a Sunday. Call tge next day and they added $1,110 in interest i paid on time biweekly for a year they wouldnt honor the payoff with no interest. No exceptions. Unbelievable. I will NEVER refer suggest anyone to them they horrible

5 /5 Jen E.: I was assisted twice in one day by a Representative named Dawn. She was not the area manager for my practice but she stepped in with the best service I have received in my life. I plan to contact her Supervisor to relay the positive service experience.
