1 /5 Edwin Ortiz: If it wasnt for speaking with the owner to fix a situation, Id leave no review, just 1 star. My feedback to him was to teach his employee better customer service skills. We moved, and 3 days after move, my wife inquired about address change as we moved and would be getting new insurance. Without confirmation, the account was closed by the employee. There should be a 30 day grace period as we all know. My feedback about customer service is more about how the employee spoke to my wife and me about it being canceled. Sure they are good company but this experience was bad
