1 /5 Monique Morris: Very bad company. I requested a policy on a Friday. They told me I needed to sign it and fax it back due to being closed over the weekend. I called twice and verified my email address. I never received the policy. I purchased a policy elsewhere. I called after the weekend and found out the girl had my email address wrong. When I asked for my money back since I had to go elsewhere they told me I have to pay the brokers fee and insurance for the days I was insured. Bad place to get insurance!!!

Kept checking her cell phone while giving my quote and was very argumentive vs informative about general questions I had regarding options and my situation. Walked away feeling icky about leaving so much personal info. I truly expected a higher standard from such a national brand.
