5 /5 Shaine Winter: Its surprising to find good customer service these days even when youre the one trying to give THEM money. I was trying to add a rare type of policy and I must have tried 10 different insurance companies, including my own, but with no luck. I called Cal Valley and worked with Donna, and within days I had the policy written active. Unfortunately, Im in a certain type of coverage program or I would move my business to Cal Valley, and more specifically to work with Donna. She knows her stuff, she has tons of experience, and a lot of that experience is beyond insurance. So thank you very much for helping me find what I need. I hope to work with Cal Valley in the future.
