Doyle Davis I like the overall service of Loya. However, for my needs the coverage was lacking. I have travel trailer(s) and require insurance on them. Loya could not provide that coverage. So I needed to transfer to a provider that could service all my needs.

Angelica Sanchez I think Fred loyal insurance is not a good one to be with. The fact that I file a claim of a hit and run in march 15, 2025. And the only they said that my estimate is 1,900.00 no way my truck from the back is worth that but, as soon as I am done with this claim of my truck I am going to another auto insurance. And my truck is a 2024. So I recommend not to go to this auto insurance because they won’t fix it for you. Plus you have 2,000 deductible.

RATHER HONEST THAN IMPRESSIVE ‼️ Well, These reviews speak volumes‼️ Apparently upper management or owners need to listen but arent! MARIA WAS RUDE and treated my mother who has been a member with Triple A for over 33 years, terribly. Snotty attitude like youre wasting her time. My mother is almost 80 yrs old and had done her notary with Triple A for YEARS, 19, to be exact and had never had an issue. But Maria made sure she had one today. Time to change insurance and not deal with this poor excuse of a location. This one sounds like they need to be shut down too! Were wasting our time here, obviously.

Matthew Farnsworth If I could give six or seven Stars I would. I cannot recommend Jon Nelson and his capable staff enough. Where my prior agent seemed to be disinterested and unsure of how to help with the very stressful experience of a comp audit, Jon stepped up and negotiated with the carrier and not only reduced my bill, by a very significant amount, but also got me a large refund (!) He and his staff ( Ive worked with his right hand Danial who is fantastic) have consistently, gone way out of their way to help me. As Im writing this he is diligently working on another comp audit. Us contractors are definitely guilty of being overwhelmed and stressed, especially when it comes to the mind numbing details of insurance paper work. Jon knows exactly how to support the contractor first. Im not sure what more you could ask for. I’ve already recommended him to several of my other contractor friends in all trades, GC’s, Tree companies, Masons, Plasters, Concrete finishers, Metal Fabricators…He knows how to lock on to whats needed and quickly and efficiently solve issues that are frankly a huge energy drain for myself and others in the trade.
