Santos Perez: Ive had fred loya insurance for over 3 yrs and i honestly never had any issues with them... i had autopay maybe thats why i never had issues... but today i went in to try and add a second car and the 2 girls there were extremely rude and ignorant... they dont offer the customer service they should provide.. they both arent groomed to be in a front desk and they both look like they dont want to be there! They have a poor attitude and seem to careless about the customer! I had such a bad time that as of today i will be canceling my policy with them!!!

Ryansmithtattoo Anion: With this company for a decade. Customer service went down the drain and prices went through the roof. Wallet got stolen , locked all my cards, one payment got canceled because card was locked. Tried to pay with new card but now I have to pay full policy up front after never missing or being late on one payment. So I say no and go to State Farm for half price. Then they send not me the account holder but my wife to collections even though she never had insurance with Allstate. Never told us we owed money just sent it to collections. Can’t produce any documents that my wife signed because she never did sign any. Long story short I’ll never do business with Allstate again. State Farm took me right away for a great price and also said that other people have been going through this as well.
