    T H: It was as easy as coming in, picking out the car I wanted, and then getting approved. This is my 1st time buying a car and this was the best place in town. They are all very nice and Octavio was our salesman. He was very professional and not pushy. The interest rate is the best in town for sure since we shopped around. I would recommend R and R Sales to anyone that is a 1st time buyer or just anyone looking for a great car for a great price. Thank you Octavio.

    R Lopez: I try not to visit this place. The first time they got bought (Not sure how long ago), I left to another bank. Sense then theyve been bought like 3 more times. Each time the bank is bought, their computer system changes. Your debit card is no good, your checks are no good... so on and so forth. There are a few small businesses in town who dont want to cash their checks. So I go into the bank to do so. It takes an extremely long amount of time to cash a check here. It is not a friendly environment. I know its a bank but a smile and an explanation as to why theyre taking so long would be nice. They get three stars because they still do but theyre supposed to do. The last two stars is for convenience and friendliness.

    Marvin Price: My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.
