I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense. A H: Terrible customer service for 1 stars. There ring sizer are not accurate as well. I had to attempt 3 times before the correct fit. Each time there was a restocking fee of 20 percent. Since I purchased 2 platnum wedding bands custom. Was not my issue there seer is not accurate. For a ring cost of 1699$ now ended up being 2300$. I could have gone to a better local jewelry store for less. When you receive your wedding bands its a big day. Each time I received the bands in a paper fed ex envelope. Zero presentation on a 1699 ring for each. One of the rings was outside the box. I brought this to there attention how disappointing. They assumed me terrible mistake they would bring it to attention. They did not care the next 2 same mailing tossed in an envelope. To see in other reviews the same mailing. If I had bought a ring from Target sure toss in an envelope. Not when spending 2300$ for a ring. Terrible customer service not making you feel appreciated. I will not purchase again from Larson. Nor will I ever recommend them.

No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!
