    Jenelle Bossett: I came to Drive Cardio expecting an ordinary workout. From the Groupon and Yelp reviews I figured this place was over-hyped and too good to be true....OH BOY was I wrong! Drive has easily become one of my favorite workout destinations. The location is amazing, literally a walk from the beach off PCH. My drive to and from is always a pleasure, so relaxing and tranquil. Parking is a breeze. They have a lot with ample of space and theres even metered parking on the street that rarely gets packed. Every single workout is different. Ive gone over 10 times and can honestly say Ive never experience redundancy and they always provide a challenging but rewarding class. Ive been to 4 different instructors (Damien, Bonnie, Thierno, and Simon) all amazing but they all have different teaching styles. They all have high energy and make each workout challenging but fun. The classes are unlike any other Ive attended. They are both intimate yet engaging. You may start off with a treadmill warm up and move to core or strength training. Each class differs in routine so you are never bored. After a week I could really tell my stamina increased from the treadmill alone. And of course each and every class I sweated my balls off but loved the feeling of accomplishment after. The staff here is great and its a small gym so its easy to feel right at home here. Theres really nothing I would change about this place. If you are looking for the intimate setting similar to a personal trainer I would say come here. You really do get that individualized training in a group setting because they keep the class size pretty small. But it is pricey. Its certain worth the price if you can afford it, but if you have to to live off of Top Ramen and sale a kidney to pay for it then you might want to get the 20 class pack Groupon. Free lockers are a plus and they also offer face towels to wipe off all those calories you are sure to burn. I absolutely adore this place!

    Gloria Hyun: Been working with Sarah for the past year and I can tell you that she knows what shes doing. I wanted to get healthy but didnt know how, and the gym just felt really intimidating. She showed me multiple routines so I dont get bored, taught me proper postures to prevent injuries and maximize results, and most importantly showed me that going to gym is fun. Moreover, she continuously learn from others so shes up to date on the science behind the whole "getting healthy". Shes an amazing trainer.

    Jessica Gaby: Going for my first free trial of Nike Running Studio at Santa Monica and initial impression, IT WAS AWESOME! Its not merely running on treadmill, so worry not on getting bored. They did offer various types of classes, obviously with a mix of running in them. Mine was a combo of legs, back, and biceps; having both treadmill session as well as floor session. During the treadmill session, theres pace range assigned throughout the session so you could follow what your body could actually afford. Its multiple transitions of sprints and cooldowns, ended by the session where you would nail your personal one-mile record. The floor session was similarly fun. Different movements instructed in the beginning, which you could repeat as much as you could at your own speed. It did utilize some equipment and involved some weight lifting. Its overall an amazing workout session and I doubtlessly sweated like crazy. Such an effective hour of calorie-burning!

The gym is clean and comfortable, trainers are extremely friendly, has a local feel, equipped with everything I need to get a great workout & feeling benefits from my training. Plus, training with Paul is fun - I’m not sure how but I suffer & enjoy my workouts simultaneously. I’m so happy I found Phit Pro and highly recommend it!
