5 /5 Samuel Berry: The Assistant Branch Manager, Evelyn Ponce made my experience better than any bank Ive ever had an account with and any representative at ANY bank I had to communicate with. Shes definitely a leader for a reason and went way above and beyond to explain the checking account I recently opened up and has planned for me to come in on another day to give me a more personalized experience since I was a walk-in and the branch at the Antioch office off of Somersville Rd was very busy. I know most enjoy giving negative feedback since customers who typically walk out happy dont think they need to write any type of review but the attention and customer service I was given at that branch, not only from Evelyn, but even the tellers was something that made me feel so welcome and excited to be a new customer of Bank of the West. They were ALL extremely kind and personable and I hope they receive recognition for everything theyve been through the last couple of years. BRAVO to everyone but ESPECIALLY Evelyn Ponce!

5 /5 Mohamed Saleh: I bank with these guys the staff especially management are seriously the absolute best when I have any thing I need to take care of. The only issue I have is there call center o.O wait times sometimes exceeds 2 hours one day I waited 5 minutes I thought it was my lucky day then the lady on phone refuse to authenticate me saying I can identify you which straight bs it works with everyone else it wasnt until she had to get a supervisor to help me which forced me to wait 30 minutes for one. Makes the DMV look like they have a fast pass.
