5 /5 Helen Willoughby Peck: I rarely post a review but felt that I should note my very positive experience as opposed to the many, many negative reviews. After reading all the reviews before my visit I expected the worst experience. But, to my surprise, I had a great experience. Bo, the manager greeted us as we walked in and directed us to an associate that would help us out. He was inexperienced and she hovered a bit to help him through. She was very knowledgeable and quickly understood that our road maintenance account had been set up incorrectly years ago and helped us fix a very messy situation. Our appointment went much longer than expected because of so many complications but they were both pleasant and patient. I did wait for a teller for another reason and there were three tellers available. The line was not that long. There seemed to be quite a few people in the lobby hanging around for a long time. I presumed they were waiting for an associate to help them. If you want someone (not a teller ) to help you, MAKE AND APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE and stop complaining about your wait time.
