She helped with everything we needed, answered all the questions we had and we completed the loan in a timely matter. I would highly recommend using her as a loan agent anytime. 5 /5 Omar Iglesias: This is one of the best Travis credit unions I’ve ever been too one of there employees named Carmen was really helpful and she really help me get my credit started and also help me understand the different ways credit is use. I wouldn’t be in the spot I’d be today if it wasn’t for her so I really recommend if you ever come to this bank ask for Carmen she will do whatever it takes to help you understand any questions you have on anything.
