Llamas Insurance Agency - Pleasant Hill Elissa Foote: I would not recommend Llamas to anyone looking for quality customer service during the insurance sign-up process. Hugo was extremely rude, condescending, and showed an extreme lack of professionalism. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman or if he was having a bad day, but lve never felt such disrespect from an insurance representative. I called many places searching for quotes and not one came near the terrible experience I had with Hugo. Needless to say I went with another company that did not try to rush me off the phone and listened to my needs. Dont waste your time - there are plenty of other options in the East Bay!
