1 /5 Omar Robert: I really thought this gym would have been better but the thing making it a one star are the very pushy sales people and tactics they use every day. I mean EVERY DAY! It’s none stop! First they told me that it was a 7 free week trail online. When I went into the gym they did not honor that commitment!! Second, they changed the price on us twice. 1 dollar free trial but when I inquired they said $29.99. They kept changing the prices! Now they won’t stop bugging with offers! I understand it’s a sales environment but the pushy sales tactics for me is such a huge turn off. Please let management and higher ups no this is a big NO NO!!! Stop with all this daily bs of contacting me via email phone number when I even explained my situation. IN PERSON!!! . Anahi is the representative that helped us. Please stop.
