1 /5 S. Carrillo: Horrible. Take your business else where!!Customer service is a joke. Shame on this company, I had to help my Grandfather cancel his policy after realizing he was being swindled. Went into my local office just to be treated like I was taking money from them. All 3 workers had no respect for my privacy shouting out my info across the room.

1 /5 Timothy Gonzales: This place has the worst customer service ever. If you owe them money right away, oh, your insurance is going to lapse. But when they’re supposed to check into money, possibly owe to you you don’t hear back from them. Then two managers oh I promise I’m gonna keep on it. I’ll return your call, but you never hear back from them. I think you’re better off looking for insurance other places. Check out their feedback. Their score is dropping every day.
