  • Lovisa - Ontario
Molly G: I love Lovisa. It has never disappointed me. Today was the first time I had gotten a piercing there. Tima was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. She even gave my cousin her second piercing. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The piercings barely hurt! A+ as usual.
    Angel Jewelers - Rancho Cucamonga
Ethan Moreno: Lilianna and the team at Angel Jewelers have been incredible to work with, from designing the perfect engagement ring to customizing our wedding bands. She got the rings done so much quicker than anticipated and really made our vision come to life. We couldn’t be happier with the rings, we will have them for a lifetime.
Mission Jewelry and Loan - Ontario
Eliza Logan: Best pawn shop in the area! I recently purchased a ring from this location, and the staff was so patient and helpful. I wasnt sure what I wanted, and they took the time to show me several different styles and explain the details of each. I was very happy with the price. The customer service was top-notch. I will definitely be back!
    GOLDEN Mart - Ontario
    GOLDEN Mart
Vivian Tran: The lady owner was rude after I wasnt sure about buying all of my items. I asked politely if she can tell me the price of each item and she did not, so I had to individually point at each one that didnt have a price on it and ask and after my indecisiveness of which items to really get and which one to take out, she said You know we close soon (it was 6:57 PM), I waited for you. And I studied the cotton round to see if its good enough quality and explaining I just want to make sure Im getting okay enough quality, she said "if you want good quality go to Home Depot or Target" And after taking out the items I didnt want & she told me my new total, I just wanted to make sure it was the right total by taking out my phone calculator. It was by the way only 5 items or so total and 2 or so that I was iffy on such as the facial tissue box and cotton rounds. And seeing that I had a little purse of change to count through for about $4 total, she said okay never mind we closed. She was very flippant and rude with me overall. I dont recommend coming here.
Robbins Brothers Fine Jewelers - Montclair
Destiny Wilford: I came in to view some rings for my engagement and Amanda was so super sweet and professional! I will definitely be returning and I recommend everyone to come here!
Ozel Fine Jewelry - Rancho Cucamonga
Stephanie Rogers: Very good customer service, even over the phone. I called to inquire about an appraisal and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and provided help even though they may not be able to do the appraisal. I appreciate this kind of thoughtfulness and kindness so much!
TQ Jewelers Inc. - Rancho Cucamonga
Eric&Lorena Almanza: Went for a resizing of my ring and came out with a brand new one. The owner Steve was very helpful and gave us a great deal. Straightforward and honest, great customer service. We will definitely come back. Thank you
    Alexander Jewelers - Rancho Cucamonga
Anna G: Great place for a custom ring! They were so nice and polite throughout the whole process, and it looks even better in person than it did in the design! Love that its not a big chain store and they do the work on premise too - if you walk past the outside windows, you can see the jeweler hard at work.
    Queen Jewelry - Chino
Kyle Michael Dory: I was able to get my ring sized down quickly at a very reasonable price point. The owner was very helpful and displayed great craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend this jeweler.
    Harrys Jewelry - Rancho Cucamonga
Jesse: Worse experience. I walked in with a 14k 8inch curb link bracelet to get shortened to 7.5 inch and a 14k 24inch rope chain looking to get repair. He checked out the rope chain and said there quite a few spots, 4 including the where the chain clips together. I Was told it would be a total of $175.00, or depending on the gold leftover, IF IT MATCHED THE SAME AMOUNT, then we would swap. I agreed so I left my stuff got a receipt, came back, a few days later to pick it up. I was in bit of a rush, saw the Bracelet was fine exactly what I asked for, perfect. Saw the chain fixed in one spot was thinking "dang maybe hes just not that great at fixing oh well the price wasnt that bad", looks like its you get what u pay for work", my my first time there. He then tells me the gold ended up matching the exact amount he was gonna charge me so I say cool thanks leave. Totally didnt get a receipt- my screw up, Im in a hurry I leave. Go to work get home late, weigh my curb link bracelet which was at 33 grams, and is now at 26 grams. I thought, "woah Thats a bit more than I expected, well let me check the chain". I see the chain and its only fixed in 2 spots, and just looks like he tossed a bubble on it and pinched it together. (See pictures below) I thought he fixed the chain clip, but, it just needed to be bent back from what it looks like he did- nothing new was added instead he kept the extra clip that I DIYD my self wich was also 14k from another chain. Sooo? Was that a fix? So I was thinking maybe a 3/4 grams wouldve been taken out, but 7 grams and the missing clip, and only 2 spots poorly fixed? I call the next day ask if I could go back get my gold and pay him for the work because I was TOLD that the gold matched THE EQUAL price he told me $175.00. Harry tells me "oh no I melted the gold, you shouldve told me in person" I tell him "I was expecting honesty when you said the price matched the gold you were not honest with me". He then tells me "well I have fees to pay to melt the gold so its more than just 175.00 to melt it". Okay, well look at my chain sir here are the pictures below its only fixed in 2 spots? Theres still 2 other spots needing fixing and the spots you fixed look like you just put a bubble on the area and pinched it together? If the bracelet costed 40$ to be cut off and shortened and the rest was to fix the chain that didnt get fixed in all 4 places, with my clip taken off, then how does that equal my 7 grams of gold ? And my chain only went from 26 grams to 26.1 lol. Im was not rude. I told you I was recommended. I was polite, drove 45 minutes to go just to you. Im not a wealthy person, Im normal guy and save up because I do like nice things and will pay the extra or go the extra mile to get it done nicely and correctly. He claims he only took out 5.8 grams, but that still well over doesn’t equal 175$. Especially if this is the work you did for me. I definitely got robbed. Lastly I took it to another place in Riverside and they were shocked at what he did and fixed my chain for 80$ and made my chain it look brand new. WOW! (Whats circled red is the two different spots from two different angels that were "fixed" whats black is 3 other spots that didnt get touched at all )
