Case Mods: I went in to have a ring soldered after I resized it myself (it was free and a few places didnt want to resize it for whatever reason) The woman at the counter was very friendly. They said they would clean it, solder it and reset the diamond since it was loose. When I got it back, it looked like a new ring! I have never seen it so clean. They even trimmed the area that was soldered (one side was thicker than the other) They do good work and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Heymy Ceballos: terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.
