Eric Miao: Nice facility and its feels much larger inside. Lots of machines and tables, and hard working staff. Plenty of parking spaces. Very clean inside, friendly staff who are very skilled and knowledgeable. In July 2024, I had a consultation that lasted around 45 minutes, and the staff was able to accurately diagnose an IT band and hip issue. They gave good suggestions on PT exercises to not only address the issue, but exercises to strengthen other parts of the body. In late 2023, I had a very swollen right knee with much pain when I walked. One of the staff properly diagnosed a quad injury that I sustained from work. I was given sound advice, some targeted exercises, and proper rest. My quad and knee were back to normal in about a month, and still good today. From young to old, I feel this location is a PT diamond in the rough in Davis. Friendly and fast service, highly recommend it!

Luna Sol Pilates Studio - Davis
Teresa Broff: I have been going to Luna Sol Pilates Studio since the day it opened. I trust my trainer, Carrie Gifford, to ensure I am doing each exercise correctly, help me improve and feel better after each session. Carrie gets to know each of her clients and understands their needs so she can provide the best exercises to help her clients. I am beyond thrilled when I accomplish an exercise that I have struggled with and thank Carrie for never giving up on me. Luna Sol is an amazing Pilates studio and one I would highly recommend.
    Akasha Yoga - Davis
Sam C: The yin yoga class is delectable! This place is clean with an easy online interface and great introductory deal for first timers: $45 for one month unlimited. Drawbacks are too many for me to keep a membership though: 1. The studio space is crazy crowded for the number of students they allow to enter! The very least they could do is to mark off the floor for mat placement if theyre not going to reduce the class size cap. 2. They only really offer hot vinyasa classes that are too rigorous for those of us who need a slower, gentler practice and more guidance with alignment. And if youre a beginner or have less control over your movements, the crowded space doesnt allow you to make mistakes or learn your limits without interrupting your neighbors practice. 3. The studio is hot, so of course it get sweaty, and its awesome that they offer spray bottles with cleaning solution for members use. But ohmygoodness the studio blocks are wet every time you go to use them... is it cleaning solution? Is it sweat? Im sorry but ew! Ill bring my own. I would be a committed member if they offered some straight hatha or slow flow options. As it stands, I will definitely continue attending the yin classes whenever I can, despite the crowded space because theyre so yummy!
